Let me congratulate you with the jubilee of the International Union of Economists!

This international public organization, established as an independent nongovernmental agency 25 years ago, has become an authoritative research center for studying the key economic problems of the present day. Thanks to the Union, the national and regional associations of economists, as well as many state and public figures from different countries of the world, can now share opinions and information, and implement joint projects and programs aimed at accelerating economic growth, promoting economic reforms and assisting integration processes in various regions of the world. 
Enjoying the status of General Advisor at the UN Economic and Social Council, the Union contributes to the expansion of international cooperation in the field of socio-economic, technological and scientific ideas. The experience accumulated by the Union proves its ability to play the role of an intellectual leader capable of implementing state, regional and global development programs of the millennium.
